Correction. I found out that Wayne county was founded in 1796 in the territory in NW Ohio, but it was later ceded to Michigan. Then Wyne county as it exists today was Joined the other counties on March 1, 1812, so it doesn't count as an 1803 county.

I used the 1st site below to determine which counties existed on March 1st 1803, There are ten of them. From what I've heard we only need to Assemble these ten counties before assembling and Settling Ohio. Prove me wrong. I've tried to get in touch with the Ohio assembly for two months or so with no luck.

I know there's a guy who answers for Ohio in the weekly meeting but, even with Destry's assistance have not heard from anyone.

Softail2015, I'd like to do that too. Unfortunately, It's difficult. Destry took my request in the "Ohio General Chat" and supposedly forwarded it to the Ohio group but I've heard nothing for weeks. I guess nobody checks the forum. Did you get in contact with anyone? I see no one answered ...

Why do you suppose the Constitution's title page says it is the 'Constitution "OF" the United States' ? Wasn't that the title after 1871?

I found this about 20 years ago and loved it. We should all mail a copy to our representatives.
