James Osborne Holms is not representing the New Mexico Assembly he has resigned and removed from his self proclaimed position. It is unknown where James Osborne Holms received his information about the assembly. Ann, assembly moderator knows nothing about the accuracy of his statements. We wish James Osborne Holms the very best and hope he is feeling better soon. It is our hope that he will stop making statements that are not correct regarding the assembly.
