When Dick went to court for his driving without a license charge, the arguments presented between the judge and his defense were rightly justified. He ended up losing the case, and got a slap on the wrist.
Now, the issue isn’t whether the RTT bill needs to be passed or not. It would simply reaffirm a right given to all men from the Almighty GOD.
The bill would however present the largest headache for law enforcement this state has ever seen. Do I find this to be a problem?
I do not.
I believe that law enforcement personel especially need to be educated, or rather re-educated, about the unalienable rights that American Nationals, not US Citizen, have through the Constitution for the united States of America.
I am happy to spread this valiant attempt by Marple, which could be his political suicide, to as many ears in my voice shot as I can.
