In my opinion, April has plenty of opportunity to read scripture before the start of every meeting. If she were to use that time to read scripture, she would not be forcing anything upon anyone. It looks like to me that this Motion is creating a great deal of discourse into our conference call, so I would suggest April try using this time at the beginning of each meeting to read scripture. We do not need a Motion to require this. A Motion implies a more or less permanent change in the way things are done. We don't need this permanent change.
