This topic has been brought up in recent meetings and after-meeting discussions, but I still cannot put my finger on the actual published guidelines.

Destry mentioned the https://www.gpo.gov/ site, but I spent an hour clicking around and using their search and was still unable to find anything relevant. It would be great if we could get a direct link or PDF download link, to avoid easy-to-avoid blunders that could set back this movement during these critical months.
