Hello, my name is Kathy Norman and I reside in Box Elder County Utah. I was previously a member of an Assembly here in Utah, but I am no longer affiliated with them. It had come to my attention that they were not formed in a lawful way. I had begun to form Box Elder County Committee of Safety and wish to continue to do so in a lawful manner. I was directed to this site by members of the Arizona group. I am new at this and I would appreciate any help that I can get. Thank you.
