States not on the National Assembly call

Sean on CA offered to reach out using social media and other means to invite people living in states not usually on the National Assembly call to attend the meeting. Other people are welcome to help recruit. We need 38 states to hold a Convention of States. The following states were not represented on the last call: AL, CT, DE, ID, IA, LA, ME, MD, MN, NB, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
