This is the one that has the most freedom! Then Wisconsin got hijacked in 1847 by the rich white banker men, primarily from south eastern Wisconsin who reassembled and rewrote the Constitution that brought us into the union in 1848... under corporate rule/central banking... great reads on Wisconsin Historical Society website
