Important addendum: 8/10/2014 -Belcher was convicted of child p0rn0graphy charges in Pennsylvania in 2006. Official court documents have been added to the MEGA file link below.

- Background checks for AVR and James Belcher were conducted in 2020. These background checks are more detailed than those in 2023. There are many possible reasons for this. Virtually all of the information in 2020 background checks is still verifiable. Numerous sex offenders have been associated with AVR’s PO Box address. James Belcher has been a registered sex offender since 1982. According to court documents, he molested his 16 year old daughter. See page 22.

- In the early to mid-90’s, AVR was the “registered agent and office of record” for The Planned Parenthood Action Fund, Inc, Alaska division.
