Constitution Survey

1. Are you aware that in a constitutional republic, it is the duty of We the People to periodically audit every branch of government for compliance in both constitutions and statute?
2. Are you aware Sarasota County Board of Commissioners do not follow a republican form of government as required by the U.S. Constitution, Article IV, Section 4?
3. Are you aware the Sarasota Couty Board of Commissioners do not have surety bonds as required by the Florida Constitution, Article II, Section 5, Paragraph (b)?
4. Are you aware the Sarasota County Sheriff is not a Constitutional Sheriff as he is arresting people without a presentment or indictment in contempt of the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution?
5. Are you aware all Sarasota County courts are all corporations and owned by a privately owned, for profit corporation known as the : JUDICARY COURTS OF THE STAE OF FLORIDA, DUNS 36-070-0612?
6. Are you aware Sarasota Memorial Hospital refuses to act on the recommendations of the Florida Surgeon General?
7. Are you aware Sarasota County’s public water contains harmful contaminants that are in come cases, 60,000% over safe levels?
8. Are you willing to help restore Sarasota Couty to once again to be a Constitutional County?
