Destry, is there a reason why New York has their website listed in the assembly websites tab? I don't see that they have posted their public notice in the blog. Just for clarification, I am not trying to cause trouble, but it was no problem for Arizona's website to be listed until very specific circ...

It's rather simple. Cannot be half pregnant. either you are or you are not. You do not have an assembly until notice is published. You have a group of people working on assembling.
