Grand Jury Training (12 parts)

Red Beckman explains the government structure of the Constitutional Republic contained in the Constitution for the United States of America.

He explains the proper roles of the Grand Jury and the Trial Jury, and their roles in the checks and balances system created in the Constitution for the United States of America.

Despite what the public school system tells you, the Grand Jury and Trial Jury have responsibilities in keeping the government in check.

The Grand jury is supposed to prosecute corrupt public servants. The Grand Jury is supposed to refuse to indict people under "bad laws" (a law that is in violation of the Constitution for the United States of America) The Trial Jury is never supposed to convict someone for violating a "bad law".

If you are on a Trial Jury and the defendant is being prosecuted for violating a "bad law", the verdict should always be "not guilty".

“First, let no one rule your mind or body. Take special care that your thoughts remain unfettered... . Give men your ear, but not your heart. Show respect for those in power, but don't follow them blindly. Judge with logic and reason, but comment not. Consider none your superior whatever their rank or station in life. Treat all fairly, or they will seek revenge. Be careful with your money. Hold fast to your beliefs and others will listen.”
“Wise? No, I simply learned to think.”
