Supreme Law = National Currency

For a currency to serve rule of Law and uphold Rights it must be created based on rule of Law = equal enforcement of the Law and opportunity in the Law ;
In other words; The creation of the National Currency must be applied equally to every qualified National Member, by each Member giving every other Member the same amount of Public Credit, one time, and then it is fair-enterprise = Supply and Demand in Law. This is how to create an honest National Currency in Law = the Law of Law and the Rule of Law in Law.
