Parsley, pineapple, ginger, cucumber shake

Yummy and good shake for you, ingredient amounts is according to what you like, and try to use all fresh ingredients.

Handful of Parsley
1 slice of pineapple
1/2 inch slice of ginger
1 small cucumber
1 peeled orange
1 peeled lemon
Sometimes a banana, and/or apple and/or handful of lettuce, add anything you like.
Blend with 1-2 cups water or almond milk - your choice.
