Motion voted on to have a minimum number present to qualify for a vote or vote passed unanimously!

Motion on the floor to appoint Roger Dowdell from the Florida Assembly to hold the seat of moderator pro tem effective immediately until July 3rd.

States votes being submitted in the top forum.
