Sure hope someone in each of our 50 states will download minutes & agenda & mp3 recordings & any other item posted to a particular week's call. Sometimes there are important website links someone has spoken about on the call, or info to get on the weekly call, contact the Scribe, etc.

Linda, back at the end of May 2018, several states volunteered to take and keep handwritten minutes of the National Assembly weekly meetings, after the moderator requested it. Louisiana, Michigan, and Alaska are the states supposed to be keeping handwritten minutes of each week's meetings. This is Jamie in Louisiana, the state coordinator. All national and state assembly calls are recorded using the Free Conferencing system. You can access the telephone replay the day after the meeting by calling 712-770-4169, PIN 226823#. The phone replay is available until the next week's meeting. It usually takes several days for Destry to post the online replay of each week's call.

Dear Louisiana Gal,
Thanks for the good information you posted in your reply. It is a very good idea to post this information periodically. I'm sure the three of us are fulfilling our promise.

But, I still hope someone (maybe a coordinator) in each of the 50 states is downloading the items posted each week in the archives. I specifically refer to minutes/notes as there are sometimes important facts in them. People sometimes talk about and share with the nation website links, book titles, and assembly emails, etc. This information (most times within brackets) is in minutes/notes.

Thank you for stepping up and helping our mutual efforts; you are more appreciated than you know.
