Hi All,
NOTICE:
"Citizenship is a political tie; allegiance is a territorial tenure...The doctrine is, that allegiance cannot be due to two sovereigns; and taking an oath of allegiance to a new, is the strongest evidence of withdrawing allegiance from a previous, sovereign..." - Talbot v. Janson, 3 U.S. 133 (1795)
i.e. constitutional citizenship is a POLITICAL status rather than a CIVIL or STATUTORY status. Courts cannot get into "political matters" [outside of any man or woman causing harm, injury, or loss]

“First, let no one rule your mind or body. Take special care that your thoughts remain unfettered... . Give men your ear, but not your heart. Show respect for those in power, but don't follow them blindly. Judge with logic and reason, but comment not. Consider none your superior whatever their rank or station in life. Treat all fairly, or they will seek revenge. Be careful with your money. Hold fast to your beliefs and others will listen.”

"Citizenship" is a tricky word. Definition of the word depends on the context in which it is being used. You might be interested in looking into the common law principles in reference to 'Conflict of Laws'.
