I asked at the last national call the use of Contempt of Constitution. Paul answered that it was a document for use on a National level. My purpose in asking for input on what can a county do after the county is settled, before the state is settled. Presentments seem to offer an alternative, however, I'm not sure how to use them when it comes to stopping criminal behavior surrounding the vaccine passport issue. Thank you.
