State: Hawaii

To whom it may concern:

Members of the Honolulu County General Jural Assembly in the state of Hawaii in an assembly meeting dated November 15, 2022, voted to expel Suzan Danforth, Yvette Moore, and Gordon “KC” Moore on violations of the Jural Covenant of Office and Operations and Functions.

In addition Yvette Moore disclosed her changed status. Based on her actions and activities, she espouses statutory ideology (namely, that of David Straight) and associates with those of like mind.

A thorough Board of Review investigation was conducted following county and national assembly guidelines, resulting in a unanimous vote of the Honolulu County General Jural Assembly members.

It is the recommendation of the Honolulu County General Jural Assembly that these individuals should no longer be allowed to associate with the National Assembly, any State Assembly, or any County Assembly working in cooperation with the National Assembly.
