This is the document I was referring to on Jan 26 aftercall. This explains that when you use a zip code on your mailings you are admitting to be a US Citizen. Thus a corporate entity under the control of the US Corp!

something else of note,,,if abbreviating a state, look for proper abb. i.e. Fla. not FL

You should never abbreviate. A living wo/man writes it out. Tax per cue or prepaid mail is the best way to bypass this assumption. I would also use

General Post/Non Domestic
:First:Last, Beneficiary
care of Your address near [ZIP]
city, town, State Republic

You determine your Jurisdiction, Do not let them Presume/Assume it or they will always assume/presume in their favor. That means they will manage you as a ward/incompetent and it will not be in your favor.
