Sarasota County Survey Recruiting Process

Unread post by Rodger Dowdell »

Here is an example of the first survey sent out by Sarasota County General Jural Assembly using Survey Monkey; SCGJA is using surveys to both educate and recruit; the 8 issues in this survey were chosen from all the different issues that SCGJA members were aware of because these issues were considered to be the best ones for gaining engagement from the general public; pls contact Tom Sikes with any questions at sikes.tomfl@gmail.com

Sarasota County General Jural Assembly

"The Government of the United States is one of delegated powers alone. Its authority is defined and limited by the Constitution. All powers not granted to it by that instrument are reserved to the States or the people." [United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542 (1875)]

After witnessing very unusual behaviors by our county government officials over the last few years, We the People in the Sarasota County General Jural Assembly are planning on a complete audit of our Sarasota County government against the requirements of our two constitutions: The Constitution of the State of Florida and the Constitution for the United States of America. We intend this audit to result in a Constitutional County Scorecard, detailing where our county government is operating within or outside their oaths of office to support and defend our Constitutions.

In order to help us determine where to focus our audit efforts first, we are asking the people of Sarasota to rank the issues we face as a county by answering this brief survey. Please indicate below how important these issues are to you, with 1 star meaning not really important to 5 stars meaning extremely important.

Issue #1 - Clean Water
We already know that our public water is being adulterated with chemicals like fluoride, which is a known neurotoxin and clinically proven to reduce intelligence in children and directly associated with dementia and Alzheimer.
{Not of interest } {Good to know but have} { Interesting, I want to } {Alarming, what is being } { Unacceptable, how can}
{ currently } {more pressing concerns} { learn more } { done to correct? } {I get involved and help?}

Issue #2 - Election Integrity
Defend Florida canvassed certain parts of Sarasota County and found our county voter registration database is defective and other investigations into election results prove our county election machines facilitate cheating.
Not of interest Good to know but have Interesting, I want to Alarming, what is being Unacceptable, how can
currently more pressing concerns learn more done to correct? I get involved and help?

Issue #3 - Two-Tiered Justice System
Florida Statute 2.01 states Florida is a Common Law (CL) state. Under CL, there is no crime unless there is harm done to a victim or their property. Elites are generally given a free pass while We the People are held to account for victimless behaviors.

Issue #4 - Environmental Destruction
Phosphate mining within the state of Florida disrupts a layer of sandstone, which results in pools of radioactive wastewater in Sarasota County’s aquifer, streams and bays. Additionally, this also creates damage and pollution to our beaches and gulf shores.

currently more pressing concerns learn more done to correct? I get involved and help?

Issue #5 - Intentional Depletion of Water Aquifer
The Florida Water Control Board has issued permits to allow Mosaic, Inc., one of the biggest environmentally destructive companies in our state, to withdraw 1.2 million gallons of fresh water per day from Sarasota County’s aquifer to dilute the poison draining out of Mosaic’s phosphate mining process that is then being dumped into our streams and rivers and is destructive to Sarasota County’s aquatic life, causes red tide and pollutes our fresh water. As a result, Mosaic is protected from failing their state inspections from finding unacceptable levels of contaminants.

currently more pressing concerns learn more done to correct? I get involved and help?

Issue #6 - Infrastructure Not Ready Before New Developments Approved
Automobile traffic is easily predictable based on the number and types of new homes, commercial buildings and shopping centers being built. Sarasota County roads, however, are not improved and maintained to handle the increased traffic caused by approved development in our county.
Not of interest Good to know but have Interesting, I want to Alarming, what is being Unacceptable, how can
currently more pressing concerns learn more done to correct? I get involved and help?

Issue #7 - Waste, Conflicts of Interest, and Corruption
Spending on projects is continuously and excessively high across Sarasota County. This is due, in part, to the relationships between our public officials and special interests including the real estate developers. Oftentimes these relationships create corruption whereby County Commissioners break their own statutes in the name of profits and tax income. Additionally, green spaces disappear, and urban sprawl further congests our county.

currently more pressing concerns learn more done to correct? I get involved and help?

Issue #8 - School System
Sarasota County residents pay a high cost for Education. Instead of our kids being indoctrinated with LGBTQ+ and Critical Race Theory ideologies, and exposure to pornographic books, we believe students will be better served with greater comprehension of our Founding documents and how the Founders designed our self-governing system.
