Simple rules for wnting PFROGBT: Petition for Redress of Grievances Before Taxes

1. To be effective, a PFROGBT must tell a coherent story: assume at some point the general public gains access and the document must flow in a logical manner to leave the reader
with a clear comprehension of what are the core of issues of the controversy

2. Strongest arguments will almost always be based on "protected rights being deprived vs
duties to perform by the public servants" using Constitutions and limited use of statutes

3. Use whichever Constitutional arguments which are judged to be the strongest arguments

4. Do not include opinions nor speculation; use facts with evidence plus the Constitutions and
appropriate statutes

5. Use statutes and criminals laws to figure out penalties

6. Try to write the document in the third person as if you are a reporter
