The North Carolina General Jural Assembly was officially formed October 30, 2021 in Greensboro with 28 members. The meeting was conducted by Paul Jr. at the Embassy Suites, Greensboro Airport. This included forming a Common Law Grand Jury of 25 Jurists and three alternates in which Russell Vansant was elected Jury Foreman. Individual lists of Grievances were publicly read by the Jury Forman and deposited in a sealed envelope.
The following documents were autographed and witnessed by each member:
Declaration of Independence Cir. 2010, DOC, Declaration of Unalienable Rights held by Indigenous Power, DUR, Jural Covenant of Office, JCO, Oath of Office.
Officers were elected.

On December 10, 2021 a Cherokee County General Jural Assembly was formed in Murphy, North Carolina. Chris Hall as Moderator, conducted the meeting with 19 members. Members were sworn in by the Chief Justice, Lisa Ragan and witnessed by Chief Trustee, Paul Chilton. Documents were read publicly, autographed and recorded by the Recording Secretary. Officers were elected.
