Anybody looked into this. I'm confused. I thought no bail meant the defendant stayed in custody. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

too little info. to make a call...instead of defendant, perhaps calling them a man or woman, as perhaps this would ensure proper jurisdiction

Yeah your right. I gave to little info. I will correct that next time I post.
But here is a question I have about something. I was going to be sworn in at my county level but they asked me for my drivers license to start a background check. I thought drivers licenses were part of the de facto corporation. I thought assembly was De jure. So why is the assembly here mixing the two. Am I missing something? Any response would be much appreciated.

I do not join every Thursday. And to be honest I dont get on the call that often. Last time I was on the call we talked about Maxims of common law jurisdictionary. Which I am reading. But I will ask them if they get on the call. Theres not a lot of communication between me and Amanda. I have posted some questions on her telegram and I dont receive a response. However Im sure she is busy.

This is Jon from Wilson County TN. I was asked by the Tennessee State Assembly to send a picture of my drivers license so the Bailiff can start a background check. I asked this. It was my comprehension that drivers licenses were a thing of the de facto corporation. So why are we mixing a de facto thing with a de jure process? So far no one can answer me! ANYBODY!

I do not have all the nuts and bolts or all of the dots connected as to what is de facto vs. de jure. But It seems that I am being stonewalled on this question. What's up! Anybody!
