Transition plan from the State of Texas into the Republic of Texas

I agree with the principles.
What is the plan for the existing State of Texas? Ignore them? Set up a new capitol?
The 'new constitution', has a lot of stipulations that are difficult to reach consensus upon. The general goal of asserting god-given sovereignty is good, but the logistics of separating all Texans from State of Texas and Federal contracts are difficult. How do you plan to reach a critical mass?
